Tesco Credit Card - Classic card or Finest Platinum Card
- 0% pa on balance transfers and purchases until 1st January 2004 rising
to 14.9 % apr (variable) thereafter
- 17.3 apr (variable) for cash advances
- One clubcard point for every £2 spent on your card
- Up to 56 days interest free if balance paid in full
- No annual fee
- Classic card or Finest Platinum card (you have to be over 21 with
an income of £20,000 or more for the platinum)
- Free additional card holder
- Credit card cheque book with the classic card
- Tesco internet guarantee against fraudulent transactions undertaken without
your permission anywhere on the internet
- Free Purchase protection on certain items worth £25 or more - provided
they are not insured elsewhere, for up to 50 days after purchase.
- Travel accident insurance up to £50,000 if holiday paid for
with your Tesco card. (up to £250,000 with Finest platinum card)
- Card protection - free trial for 90 days. £16 per year.
- Payment protection 70p per £100 of your balance. Takes care of minimum
payments for one year if you become sick or lose your job
- Minimum payment is 3% of balance or £5, whichever is greater.

Credit Card, you must send your application in the post. You either print
off the application form OR request an application pack be sent to you.
